The Tortoise and the Crow easily beats this out for hip hop album of the year. The beats aren't even
that much better on here if at all, and The Grouch and Eligh are way ahead of him lyrically.

I don't see anything great about the lyrics on here at all, they are stereotypical, not thought-
provoking, he slurs them and makes them kinda inaudible and his flow is orthodox and boring.

First disc is better than this tbh, but yeah its nothing special.

This doesn't succeed in any way but beats, Gibbs is mediocre as can be, especially relative to Grouch or Eligh. They are way deeper, way more intelligent, way more clear in vocals, they flow better, and they actually have something new and thought provoking to say. The only thing they don't have is the wannabe gangsta persona.

yeah you are right about the first disc i'll admit that, Idk why i siad that, but theres no way he is
a better rapper than either of them imo, hes not even close. They are quality veterans hes just a
above-average new jack. Its true they are completely different though so who cares its all subjective,
I just have no idea how this has 100x the ratings.

REASON: fuckin' Madlib!

These people don't give a damn about these people named "Eligh and The Grouch".
They simply care about Madlib, who has worked on incredibly famous stuff like Madvillainy and The
Unseen.
