Finally tried this album today, never listened to this band.

Sounds really great after just one listen.

Also I always love it when I hear electronic sounds on this album, or in any psychedelic rock band.

I love psychedelic music (just to mention some, for example rock: Ozric Tentacles, Gong, Colour Haze, Electric Orange, Pink Floyd, Donovan. And electronic: Shpongle, Entheogenic, Mystical Sun, Solar Fields, Carbon Based Lifeforms, Slackbaba, Ott, Flooting Grooves).

There are days when I can't get enough of psychedelic stuff and it's always a great adventure when I discover a new band / artist.

Yeah it's good but its hard to not be when you're just pasting Beatles vocals over B-tier Zeppelin instrumentals

then just stop comparing everything. I simply enjoy Innerspeaker because it's a good album. I don't care if it is unoriginal and I like the atmospheres. Also I really like the album cover it fits nicely with the music like the synths, keyboard and drums.

Also I never was a fan of Beatles or Led Zeppelin.

I tried Beatles but they're boring to me. I like Tame Impala much more.

Gave this a couple listens for the first time a couple days ago. Definitely fun, but I think they’re gonna be more of a individual song/singles band for me (at least this album). Perfect for summer though, no doubt! Can’t wait to get them added to some playlists.

Not sure how someone could dig this and not The Beatles. The influence is glaring, but they use it really well. The Zeppelin influence seems a bit more tame.

Man... first time listening to these guys and I'm sold. I love this throwback Beatles sound that they've got going.

I'm another person who doesn't really get anything out The Beatles, but I love this album. Sue me if you have to.

Alter Ego is nuts. Whole thing is worlds away in stature from the new one

This is not Beatles worship. Tame Impala were influenced by many psychedelic bands.
