Really? I always thought the vocals were by far the most generic sounding part of this band.

They are a bit samey but tbh they stand out compared to other bands.

Agree, most MD vocals are harsher. Kosmas is more of a storyteller.
Nile had the best dual vocalists.

Also whats insane is he sounds the exact same live. With how different they are i was expecting them to waver a little but its insane he matches it perfectly

I prefer the Kalmah guy's growls, they have this same sort of grandfatherly vibe yet they sound dunno... right

Yeah heard clips of the dude live, he sounds exactly the same, which is incredibly rare and I respect the consistency. He doesn't go out of his way to do stuff he can't live, and that deserves major props
Been revisiting their discography, I can really see an argument for any of their albums being their best (save for Of Breath and Bone, really never clicked with that one).
Hidden Window has got to be my favorite Be'lakor tune overall tho

Took some time before B&B clicked for me but when it did I heard it three times a day for a week.

anyone has paid attention about how good be'lakor lyrics are?
|
| |
Yeah they are really good.

I've never given their lyrics much attention but I just looked up a few songs and they seem solid.
I'll definitely take that style any day over the ultra cringe lyrics most metal bands seem to put out
