It's on their IG page. The people in the video are from various bands. There's a girl from the group Buffalo Daughter. A bassist named Tokie that came from various bands and projects. I think Atsuo might actually be on the drums. I recognize those yells while drumming haha. It also seems to be tied into a bit of marketing for an effects pedal that was made for Wata.
It says "The title song "Reincarnation Rose" is a song using Wata's signature FUZZ "Hizumitas" released worldwide from the American pedal brand "Earthquaker Devices"". Then it goes on to detail Tokie, and Sugar Yoshinaga of Buffalo Daughter and how it's a special project. It's also been 7 years since this Buffalo Daughter person has worked on any kind of album. The 20 minute song will be called "You Will Know". Single comes with a 16 page booklet. CD release, limited edition.
