speaking of g's "Good Girls" is a good single
I am ready for Lauren and friends to hurt me again
|

Honestly, I'm not hating the new one, it's pretty decent, definitely better than this one.
|
| |
Plus Robert Smith, how the hell...
|

Damn I'll have to check it out

finally people can stop shitting on this band again
|
| |
can't wait to listen to the new one
|
| |
it's their best. the alt rock is surprising but works perfectly with lauren's vocals and their overall sound. bangers all over and "how not to drown" might be their finest work

It just uses more percussion in lieu of synthscapes

Heaven/Hell, Graffiti, and Really Gone are all that is keeping me from 1'ing this.

I haven’t followed this band since their first album (which I enjoyed), but that performance comes across so awkward to me.

"It just uses more percussion in lieu of synthscapes"
well, there are still synthscapes, the increased emphasis on drums is just a nice touch

Well, this was a drop in quality... Not particularly 'awful' but it's definitely unremarkable. Get Out, Never Say Die and Wonderland are salvageable at least.
