My city has stayed consistently dropping high quality metal. We've got Manilla Road and Order From Chaos from back in the day and for the modern stuff we've got Keef Mountain, Troglodyte, Gourmand, Youngblood Supercult, Hyborian, Hammerlord, Vanlade, Obliterate the Apex, Nefirium, Abjure, Unmerciful, Origin, Inner Altar, A Plague in Faith, Marusmus, Weaponized Decay, Warm Bodies, SPINE, Napalm Meth, etc... It's endless and although I don't always love it in KC and I have times I consider moving away I gotta say that in terms of the metal scene I don't think it could get much better

Real estate isn't too shabby here. Cost of living is also pretty decent at least in comparison to what I've heard from people in other areas. The Westport area tends to be real good for shows. And Lawrence, Kansas gets a ton of shows also and it's pretty close by. Move here bruh and we can be show buddies!

Also Independence, Missouri was the meth capital of the world for the longest so there's some perks that I haven't even mentioned! The quality of air is tremendous!
