i will say i stand by my rating but the irony is i came across as far more pretentious in this review than the album i was reviewing



t's hard to argue with this band as performers and artists - the drumming is beastly and the harmonies they write are super intricate and compelling. i look at them now and just think "hey they're doing their own thing that's awesome" even if it's just not all that interesting to me musically on a whole.
