I don't think I have a definitive favorite album anymore but this always hits when I turn it on. Rue the Whirl into Aquarius

Trying to learn the music theory behind these guys and I'm just like why do I make things hard for myself

I'm really curious how they use modal interchange but there aren't many direct resources so I might have to do it myself

Tomorrow's Harvest is better than this. It's also better than Geogaddi.

TH is their weakest album but I’ve grown to love it, I just think it could have been so much better than it was. I love the bleak atmosphere and all the nostalgic crt tv samples they used. Can’t think of another album that really sounds like it, I just wanted more stuff like Nothing Is Real and Jacquard Causeway and Cold Earth. I’d trim about 5 or 6 tracks from it

I still prefer this to Geogaddi

This and Geo are very close for me. I think both can be trimmed a bit to be made better, but Geo gets the edge solely because of Magic Window, which is arguably their best song

Geo has a more "esoteric" sound going on, however, I still prefer the Hip-Hop influence in this album more.
