The second of the album proved me wrong, damn Come What May and title track into outro are very very good

Continuum and The Black are unfortunately the only two tracks that are truly great imo. Some others are solid but overall forgettable, and the interludes are super boring. If you're gonna do some instrumental tracks idk why you wouldn't make them more engaging and pop off with the violin or something.

Actually fully disagree about the interludes, they add a lot to the cinematic quality of the album

They started releasing those singles ages ago. Probably wasn't very strategically released vs just taking forever to produce the album.
