jesu might be the closest thing you'll find to this. post-metal/shoegaze with cleans. listen to the silver EP and/or the conqueror LP.

i would actually opt for older alcest since there isn't really anything metal-ish or anything "heavy" at all on the new one. Souvenirs d'un autre monde is pretty much straight up heavy shoegaze and the other two LPs have some great stuff with cleans as well.
