The regular Thornography album is probably the best they have released since Midian in 2000. The special edition should give hope to all the people that haved turned their backs on Cradle Of Filth over the years. All of the new songs, not including the covers or the opening instrumental, all sound like they could've come right off of Midian or Dusk And Her Embrace. They are all much faster than anything on the regular album. The covers are also great. Halloween II shows Dani using some clean vocals again and Sarah shines on Stay, doing most of the vocals. Hopefully this is only part of what's yet to come. The new album should be out in the summer of this year so watch out for it.

This is not their best release since Midian, its their worst and none of the songs sound like they could have come right off Midian or Dusk in the slightest. Their style is so much different here vocals, instruments and even lyrics to a degree. I wasnt too keen on them after Nymphetamine but at least it was a pretty solid metal album. Thornography though is much worse, they've totally lost the creepy dark atmosphere they had nothing has that erie originality about it anymore i hope the next album is a step in the opposite direction.

i love the name dani gives their next album "shat out of hell" with an album cover which features dave riding out of an ass on his bike, pretty damn good release, pointless to all who already own thornography, and i cant get the bonus track on my damn iPod!

Cradle is just getting worse by the album they put out sick gothic black metal to cheesy boring crap,I would not waste my time or money on this crap.
