Despite being a very well-crafted and well-arranged album, it struggles to sound interesting and the music seems
to lack inspiration (even if some songs can be considered good, if not enjoyable). With that said, this album has
all the requirements to become Rolling Stone's AOTY, while it makes me think that Mike Scott has always
been trying, good-willingly, to communicate us something with his music, unfortunately failing miserably since
1993.
