You connect your regular cable into that one.

So where's the stereo/mono switch on the bass? I have Billy's DVD, and I didn't see that switch anywhere on the bass.

How do you know they are coming up with a new model? Where can I read about it? I couldn't find any info on it.

If you don't plug into both outputs, the signal is routed to the P out, I believe.

Billy Sheehan said himself that it was coming out at Winter NAMM 08, so yes I expect you to believe it. Why not? As far as waiting for it to come out, that's up to you.

Does it mean that it will definitely be out and available in winter? Maybe, or maybe not.
