2001 > Chronic

ATM 11-06-2006 09:39 PM

Which album did MF Grimm ghost write?

Rams 11-06-2006 09:58 PM

He had lyrics on the Chronic.
2001 > Chronic
Wrong. Why? One word:

The D.O.C.

ATM 11-06-2006 10:00 PM
He had lyrics on the Chronic.
Ah ok, thanks. I remember Jon talking about it.

Rams 11-06-2006 10:14 PM
Wrong. Why? One word:

You like The Chronic more because of a single guest appearance on a skit and some ghostwritten lyrics on 3 tracks? I commend you for originality.

ATM 11-06-2006 10:24 PM

I remember in 6th grade I got suspended for having 2001 and 400 Degrees in my bookbag.

Apocalyptic Raids 11-06-2006 11:39 PM

I prefer The Chronic. 2001 has been growing on me alot though, I didn't like it much at first.

Jesus Christ.

beso negro 11-07-2006 08:07 PM

Why????

raus 11-07-2006 08:08 PM

Because it rules.

beso negro 11-07-2006 08:15 PM

at least Ja Rule didn't embarrass himself

raus 11-07-2006 08:25 PM

I turned it off after Pusha T and Malice.

Simple Man 11-07-2006 11:39 PM

That's funny he did it with everyone. Ja Rule is whack though. I like it though.

sgrevs 11-08-2006 05:35 AM

Pretty impressive, I like it a lot, except Ja Rule he was pretty average. I haven't heard a few of them before either. And I don't like TI

Amit 11-08-2006 01:14 PM

hey guys immortal technique is giving a free concert on my campus tomorrow should i go or what

LF96 11-08-2006 01:20 PM

If it's free, why not? I haven't seen him live myself but I've heard he puts on a fairly good show.

Amit 11-08-2006 01:27 PM

well i dunno if i will have time because i have systems neuroscience that same day

but thanks for the tidbit about him putting on a fairly good show =)

For Hero: For Fool, is probably my favorite rap related record of the year.

Fishscale is damn good though.

sgrevs 11-08-2006 03:42 PM

My problem with Fishscale is that it's too long and too hard to listen to all through. Brilliant in all other aspects though.

pixiesfanyo 11-08-2006 03:49 PM

IT isn't really that long.

Lots of skits and interludes make it seem like it's longer than it really is.

Simple Man 11-08-2006 04:52 PM

I can't do anything but agree, really. I like a few of the songs but other than that it's nothing too great. I'm starting to get into his new stuff though.

I really like Start From Scratch though (10).

ATM 11-08-2006 05:16 PM

Have any of you guys seen Cut Chemist live?

Marc Johnson 11-08-2006 09:27 PM

I skip them all every time I listen to it. I don't think I've ever actually listened to any of them.

Mekkalayakay 11-09-2006 01:28 AM

lately: Cannibal Ox, Binary Star, Busdriver, Audio Two
