Average/bad support and a few too many visible fringes but otherwise probably one of the best gigs I've been to. Necrophagist were tighter than an anal virgin too. Played most of Epitaph and quite a few off Onset, starting with Stabwound and finishing with Fermented Offal Discharge.

Only death metal bands I listen to are from the melo-death scene; In Flames, Dark Tranquility that kind of stuff.

Edge of Sanity brought a new taste of metal to my listening, and they rock.

saw em on the summer slaughter tour, which was a pretty damn good tour that came through my town, they headlined it and they did an amazing job

I like DT, their latest was awesome.

I think they're only well-known because Derek Roddy was in Morbid Angel even though I doubt he wrote much of anything for them.

They are melo death and they're pretty amazing IMO, I'd never heard them before either till now, you've got to check them out.

They're not as good as a lot of people would have you believe, but they're solid. Dan Swano is on top as always, but a lot of people overrate them because they have two absurdly long songs.

Onset I can't wait for their new one though, I'm thinking its going to be their best, I've just got a feeling.
