To be fair, they didn't do themselves any favors by not playing anything from Lugal Ki En on their first tour after its release. But, I saw them on that tour and can confirm they can play this fast and not fuck up at all.

They're meant to be fun and absurdly techy. They don't take it very seriously, it's basically speed and "brutality" for the sake of it.

^ i know and acknowledge this but this still doesnt sound enjoyable in that context. their first album is the funnest and really has that self-aware retardedness going for them

if i were to in someway justify the way RoS is, its that they are a caricature of their own genre. its goofy, but in a good way. Us core kids, or people who generally are into breakdowns(cuz breakdowns are the best duh), always search for something 'heavier', something that takes the extremeness to the next level, and these guys basically hold nothing back and dont allow the skill limitations of their members(or arguably, any human) to prevent them from creating the most obnoxious over the top heavy music there is right now.

The production on this is terrible.
