Mestis releases new music 2015-10-08 by RoderickINM | 7 Comments | Mestis is a musical project fronted by guitarist/bassits Javier Reyes from Animals as Leaders and T.R.A.M. along with drummer Matt Gartska (Animals as Leaders), perussionist Hector Barez (Calle 13, Bio Ritmo), and trombonist David Stout (Marvin Gaye, Juan Gabriel, Smokey Robinson).
They've recently released two new songs, "Papillion" and "Pura Vida" (the latter featuring Mario Camarena and Erick Hansel from CHON), which will be part of their debut LP, "Polysemy" (November 6, 2015).
