Top 10 Workout Exercises

People workout for a variety of reasons, mostly the wrongs ones as we are a vainglorious species. I personally work out to better myself and stay healthy, strong and positive as well as being as efficient as i can be in my high octane job. A good workout leaves you feeling confident and satisfied with a natural high that not even sex can compete with. here are my 10 favorite exercises. Remember to build mass you must utilize full body training, use a lot of compound movements and eat alot of good protein, fruits, nuts and veggies and get plenty of sleep.
1Skrillex
Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites

bench press. easy one. Works your chest primarily, then your shoulders and triceps. Essential mass builder.
2The Beast of the Apocalypse
Henosis

Pull-Ups. Another essential compound exercise one must master. Works your upper back/shoulders, forearms, biceps and abs. Once you can do more than 10 easy mix it up with a weighted vest or change your grip.
3Atmosphere
The family Sign

Clean and Jerk. Two types of people do this potentially dangerous move. Douchebags looking to impress and dedicated weightlifters whose resolves cannot be broken by doing this crazy move. Works your upper body mostly but takes good coordination, balance and discipline otherwise you're fucked.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjSMawMbwMs
4Morbid Angel
Covenant

Deadlift. Another dangerous yet highly effective compound exercises that works your whole lower body, lower back, forearms and traps. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs-wOHN5tdw
5Blue sky Black Death
NOIR

Hang Snatch. Bosting similar benefits to the clean and jerk and hang clean this exercises challenges your upper body in a way that you must master first with low weight otherwise your shoulders will be fucked. One arm dumbell version rather than barbell is my favorite.

6Godflesh
Streetcleaner

Squats. the second essential leg/lower body exercise. Different variations provide different results. I'm up on 305 by myself but you don't need to go uber heavy, your knees don't need the added strain. Works your hamstrings, quads and glutes, yes girls notice that so don't be hesitant if your ass is sore the next day.
7Deadmau5
4x4=12

push press. A variation of the shoulder military press except you bend your knees, drop your hips and explosively lift up using the momentum to lift your weight up. having strong, broad shoulders and a strong back is more important to me than having killer arms or abs.
8Shiny toy Guns
We are pilots

Farmers walk. Pick up the heaviest dumbells you can lift and walk across the gym until you drop them. This kills your traps.
9Nadja
Autopergamene

Barbell/Dumbell curls. The essential bicep isolation exercise. if you plataeau which is often the case, mix it u with weight and reps. Do 21's, drop sets and what have you.
10The Ghost Inside
Returners

Bent over Rows/Lying E-Z Bar extensions. dips jack up your shoulders and not in a good way so for triceps i always go with kickbacks and lying down on a bench and doing ez bar(The SQUIGGLY BAR) extensions. lie down and lower the bar to your forehead and efficiently bring it back up.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8lzExzuSrw
Bent over rows both dumbell and barbell effectively utilize your middle back and bicep muscles.
