01.12.10 | I know that this music list makes me sound very un-M3T4LLLZZ!!!, but I just don't know whether or not I should care about these "mainstream" bands. Also, anything along the lines of motW/In The Woods... is much appreciated. |

01.12.10 | After seeing Katatonia being compared with In The Woods on their sm page, I am totally down. |

01.12.10 | 1 is essential. You'd probably enjoy 10 too. |
TRMshadow
01.12.10 | If you want Heavy, Loud Metal, check out 1 2 and 7. If your thing is soft stuff, Alcest is great Shoegaze.
1's best albums are "Blackwater Park", "Ghost Reveries", and "My Arms, Your Hearse"

01.12.10 | It may help to say that I don't like thrashy metal material and that btbam is boring as hell, so exictement and diversity is my game. |
FeralMemories
01.12.10 | All of 2's albums are amazing, but get Unquestionable Presence. One of the best and most influential tech death albums ever. |
EverythingEvil2113
01.12.10 | 1-4 are all great. I guess it depends what you're into more. 1 is prog/death, 2 is tech death, 3 is it's own sound but their early stuff is folk/black metal, and 4 is shoegaze/black metal. All are great choices though. |
