Physically, the digipak is origami and opens up, like the In Rainbows one, but waaay more intricate and asymmetrical. Actually takes ages to unfold it all. One of the facets is a scalene triangle and has the CD booklet stapled to it, cut to the same shape haha
Musically, it is bombastic theatrical avant-garde prog rock / metal, and coincidentally one of my favourite albums of all time. Highly recommended to anyone with ears
Basically I wound up chatting to Captain Dragon from Idiot Flesh on the net somehow, ended up talking on the phone a few times to him. Really nice dude. He sent me some DVDs of their live shows that haven't been released, and asked me and my friends to give him some feedback on which would be worth releasing on a DVD
I also bought a CD copy of The Nothing Show from him, which he did a personalised signature for. AND he went up to visit his old Idiot Flesh bandmates, who are now in Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, and they signed a bunch of really rare Idiot Flesh flyers and other promotional material from the 90s which he mailed to me
Basically as a diehard fan it was a dream come true and then some, I almost can't believe it happened
