It's the ticket masters job to tell the customer it's rated R so I didn't worry about it, but 20 minutes later she came back out bitching at me how the movie was too mature for her kids and demanded her money back. We don't have to give her money back so I told her she could walk into another movie. When she talked to my manager she said I was rude and uncooperative and I almost got fired. |

Also my friend works at McDicks and he fucking hates it so don't stay there long term. The drama at those places is worse than high school. |
