It might be too reminiscent of Chris Spencer's work on Unsane, but this album takes his "Industrial Blues" guitar work to a new edge, with a major focus on slide melodies. This coupled with Will Carroll deliciously crushing drum work and Unsane's bassist Dave Curran grotesque basslines make for a very intense but enjoyable record, that maintains his energy and catchiness after repeated listenings.
