Rather Be Dead sounds like the point where Refused truly began to find their sound. Dennis has his signature vocal style, swapping between his screams and occasional moments of actual singing, the guitars have their sort of angular approach down, and the overall sound is becoming more and more expansive. Problems may arise from the lack of variety; plus "Jag ater Inte Mina Vanner" is kind of irritating.
