Truly unexplainable as to why I'm so drawn by this. It's not in the typical wheelhouse of what sucks me in, but every listen made me more and more drawn into the charm of this silly little album. It's hypnotic. If you isolate the vocals, it's nothing overly impressive, if you isolate the production, it's rampant and shifting, but no more extreme than any other math rock/pop album, so I'm still trying to break down what it is about Make It It that made me fall in love with it so much. Maybe it's how seamlessly it moves through it's different little parts? Maybe it's the clever lyrics that aren't overly complex or pretentious? I just said I don't know stop asking me questions, okay? I just like it more and more with each listen to the point I can say it's one of my all-time favorites.r
