3.4 great | manosg EMERITUS | November 25th 17 | Very good slab of heavy/power/neo-classical metal/rock in the vain of Rainbow, Yngwie Malmsteen with a few hints of '90s Riot. The instrumentation is very strong with some excellent riffs, solos and leads and the songwriting is quite engaging. However, the vocals are way forced and overdone as they give the impression of Dio suffering from constipation after having eaten ice-cream which creates that funny gargling sound when you speak. Overall, this is quite promising but the singer's approach might be a deal breaker for some.
