This Chicago based band is so deeply into early '90s European death metal, they've been cutting their own music for four albums in a row, and although they won't reshape the genre's sound any time soon, they do a solid job at emulating it. That said, the technicalities of their sound is far from optimized - drums sound "buried", probably the band's intention all along - but the guitar tone of the riffs is one of the best encountered in the genre of late, to the point where that attribute alone contents for the album's replay value.
