Mean Mother play straightforward hard rock with punk and sleaze elements. Even though their music is rather enjoyable and definitely recommended for a casual listen, it fails to be more than that. The songwriting is average, the riffs aren't memorable enough and No Rest For The Wasted just doesn't make the listener want to jam it repeatedly.
