Review Summary: In my opinion, The Neonai is their best album after their re-union, even better than the outstanding Blackbrickroad. Of course in the past Lake of Tears created mush better stuff (like Forever Autum) but this album is something more than just a good try.

The Neonai is the fifth full-length album of the gothic metal band called Lake of Tears and their first after the re-union.

Intro. The intro follows a strange, electronic and a little psychedelic sound. It throw us right on the feeling of the album and prepares us of what we're gonna hear

Return of Ravens-Certainly one of the best songs on this album. There are some electronic elements here along with "colorfoul" keyboard lines and bit-like drums. 4,5/5

The Shadowshires. Another beautiful song. This is quite psychedelic with a very catchy chorus. 4/4

Solitude. A really nice ballad, sad and pessimist with such a woebegone melody! Some folk elements and heavy guitars on the chorus. No electronic stuff here. 5/5

Leave a Room. A quite melodic song, somehow heartsome I can say, another one with electronic elements and Daniel's emotional way of singing. I have to mention that there are some female vocals singing alone with the male ones, keeping the balance. 4,5/5

Let us Go As They Do-This is maybe the heaviest and yet most agressive song on the album. Daniel Brennare sings also in a more agressive way but don't except something very special, though. 4/5

Sorcerers. On this outsanding ballad there are only female vocals, except some male on the backround. It's simple but so heart-touching. 4/5

Can die no more-Even more electronic elements and a very catchy chorus. A good song, though nothing special. After some time it gets a little boring. 3,5/5

Down of the Nile-The album ends with maybe their best song on this album. Maybe the most psychedelic song on the album, with few electronic elements, though. Daniel sings in a very mysterious way and along with the strange melodies it creates a wonderful dark atmospher. Furthermore, on the chorus part, it gets really aggressive. Daniel yells almost. 5/5

Is English your first language... I'm not trying to be an ass, it just seems that way. You might want to use a spell-checker. Plus, you might want to add more detail cause I'm still not sure what this might be like...

oh and I had the misfortune to buy "Greater Art" (their first album) years ago and it was horrible.
