Although the album may be labeled generic, Righteous Vendetta varies from other metalcore bands in favoring clean vocals far over harsh vocals. The album undoubtedly has boring tracks; yet, it ultimately is a promising debut LP with strong tracks like Defiance, This Pain, and Losing Control.
