This release by Turing Machine mixes musical styles and influences, swapping melodies and combining human and machine based sounds which makes you feel like this is what a robot would choose to dance to. The enjoyment of What Is The Meaning Of What is dulled by the knowledge that their drummer Jerry Fuchs was killed before the album was finished. Nevertheless, an unrelenting, directed and hypnotically focused effort.
