yes admittedly i don't like this EP other than the gnosis track which is why i haven't rated it (typically i don't enjoy drum and bass style music or most electronic stuff really)

I did, and I liked it! It wasn't their best, but worth a listen (or get a CD) - the perfect background music for studying, working etc.

Nice Garas! I listened to it while working at my computer yesterday and it was excellent background music agreed. It's very hypnotic, but not to the point where you feel like you're zoning out to a Sunn 0))) record. I found it more interesting and engaging than most drone I've heard. And it still manages to feel like an Ulver album

Yeah I liked it too! They've gone very dark again, after Assassination. It was nicely done, another good addition to their amazing discog. CD's on the doormat today hopefully!

I 100% agree with both of you. That was somewhat dark, very droney ambient album, but very different from Sunn O))). Sunn O))) has a much more dense and thick atmosphere and the "base recipe" is always the same, while Drone Activity was "light" and shady, and also much more "flexible". Really hard to explain.
