I find this far more compelling than I should. The actual serious songs are pretty tight, so the dudes are good musicians. I guess they're more interested in being a novelty act though.

I actually saw this band live last night... I went with my parents, and I was also one of the youngest people there that I saw (though the girl next to me seemed to be around my age). I'm no spring chicken either, at the tender age of 28.

But as a whole, this band is wonderful. Susan Tedeschi's husky voice works extremely well with the eastern-tinged blues flavor the band serves up, and she's also a great guitar player in her own right, but Derek Trucks is absolutely phenomenal and doesn't get nearly enough credit as one of the guitar greats of the modern era.

I wanted to give this a 2.0, but Yami Obi is such an amazing song that I gave it another .5

The rest of this album is typical proggy/wanky djent that is technically impressive, but is overdone by all the other proggy/wanky djent bands out there. Which is a lot of them.

It's fun to listen to people from "comedy" bands in their "serious" bands.

In this case, it's Bret McKenzie from Flight of the Conchords doing some catchy dub/reggae from new Zealand.

They finally did it. After years of spotty, hit-or-miss EPs, Swarms has released an LP that matches, and in my opinion, surpasses Old Raves' End. Perhaps the highs aren't as high, but the sheer consistency of this album raises it above their previous LP. Black Chapel Sun is beautiful and mesmerizing throughout its entire runtime.

With the addition of TWRP as a backing band, NSP does justice to a number of old classics. Danny makes his voice fit most of the songs, despite a lot of different bands being covered, and the musicians definitely hold their own against the standard of acts such as Rush, Peter Gabriel, and TOTO.

Too many features, something that Santana became very guilty of in the 00's. Some of them work, such as Macy Gray and Dido, and some do not.

Of course, the best tracks are the ones that feature just Santana and his band, such as Adouma, which jams hard, and Victory is Won, which is a beautiful track.

I'm not one to tout "They were better before they got popular," but this stripped back, earnest, and enthusiastic live album of Jason Mraz shows off the potential he had before any of his radio hits had appeared.

Not that any of his radio hits have necessarily been bad (though I'm still sick to death of "I'm Yours"), but a live intimate setting allows his true charisma and vocal ability to shine through.

As a whole, the album is pretty amazing. It's unfortunate that the few duds really stick out, especially in terms of gameplay.

The battle theme is just godawful, and of course it's the song you are going to hear the most.

"Zelbess" is one of the more grating VGM tracks I've ever heard, and you're going to hear it looped over and over for at least in hour during the game.

The boss theme is pretty weak as well.

But the positives outweigh the negatives by far, so many good tracks on this.
