If you mix Pamelor pills with MDMA, you greatly increase the risk of serotonin syndrome and a serious cardiovascular event. You also seriously lessen the euphoria, since there's greatly hindered serotonin & norepinephrine reuptake, so it's not actually activating the way it should on molly. The side effects of this include seizures, muscle rigidity, lack of coordination, excess heat, and possible death. All of these side effects are actually referenced in Drake's lyrics on this album.
