4.5 superb | foxblood | February 10th 13 | Stingray 5000, long considered to be one of the most vital contributors to nautical death metal in the 1980's, deliver some of the most brutal underwater slam jams since BTBAM

2.5 average | slipnslide | February 10th 13 | Despite his first outing showing a great degree of promise, this effort comes off as lazy. Rather than building upon his estabilished fusion of country and death metal, Stingray appears to have sold out. The lead single "Pearls For Her" is anything but trve and lacks the bestial bro0tality of "Crushed by Crusteceans". There is hope for this young rockstar yet, but with this release that glimmering light is hidden underneath a drive for fame and young wet stingrayettes.

0.0 | Chortles | February 10th 13 | Dreadful just DREADFUL!! If you're looking for sweet Bikini Bottom jams, just watch the Spongebob marching band episode rather than subject your ears to this insufferable beatdown of entirely anti whiz-bang songs
