 | Jash Hey, just want to say I appreciate your concern in the Big Time thread. I tend to not display my life on here since I?ve come back, it?s a much different site than it used to be as I?m sure you know. Just going through some relationship stuff, and it made that album click so hard today

 | NeutralThunder12 Sorry, but Agalloch is definitely more repetitive (and I love Agalloch as well) so your case is flawed and hypocritical.

 | NeutralThunder12 Blackwater Park is perhaps the most overrated album I have ever seen. Even though the band can write good songs, they have this innate ability where they must say to each other, "Hey guys! This part is great, so let's repeat it over and over again!" Seriously, it gets old. Songs that are long for the sake of being long miss the point completely and I cannot help but feel that that is what the majority of this album is. Crucify me if you wish, but first take a deep breath and make sure it is not fanboyism kicking in.
