| Panzerchrist I'm having a pretty hard time tracking down a copy of the new EP. That said, the single from the previous one on youtube was solid. I really liked the female leads, and, even though a lot of it was heavily reminiscent of BSC, it was still a REALLY GOOD BSC track, so not really a negative in my book.

| Mabbitt Did you see that somebody uploaded the entire Parallel Planet EP onto Youtube? We can finally hear Blue Lion. Unfortunately, it's not as awesome as Nebula-X, but it's still pretty good, making the EP probably the best thing that they did with Saika. I have no idea why they made it so limited...

| Mabbitt Sumeragi just has such awesome riffs and vocals. Yeah Dual Alter World is much better.

| Mabbitt Her pronunciation doesn't bother me, but the rhythm of the screams sounds very amateur to me and the tone of her cleans grates my ears. I'm glad you like them though, I wish I did too. On another note, do you like Nocturnal Bloodlust? They just released a new EP

| Mabbitt I've listened to the new BSC a few more times and it has grown on me. It's not perfect but I dig it a lot.

| Mabbitt I think I'm in the minority when I say that I actually really liked Saika as a vocalist. I miss Ryo though - having him do harsh vocals allowed them to have a dedicated clean vocalist. The new album is pretty good overall though.

| Mabbitt Okay, I'm done. Overall, it's pretty solid with a lot of good tracks, but feels kind of average. Not their best work by far, but it's a nice redemption after that awful Legend album.

| Mabbitt I just started listening to the first song. It's super good so far, feels like their older stuff. I'm not terribly impressed with Sadew's cleans though.

| Mabbitt Yeah the new Crystal Lake song is amazing, I can't wait. They're playing a headlining show in Philly and I'm going to it. We also got new songs from One Ok Rock and Maximum the Hormone this week too, on top of my gf's favorite K-pop group releasing a new single. Good week lol

| Mabbitt I saw Dark Tranquillity and Amorphis about three weeks ago and am seeing Behemoth and At the Gates tomorrow, so I've been in full-on melodeath/death metal mode lately lol.

| Mabbitt They sounded pretty good but to be honest, I'm really burnt out on VK nowadays lol. I can still dig the classics like Dir en grey or Luna Sea, but...yeah.

| Mabbitt Watered-down! I couldn't think of the right way to explain it but that's exactly it. All the powerful moments that defined their songs feel watered down.

| Mabbitt I don't mind that Saika did most of the vocals, what I don't like is when they do stuff like replacing the powerful chorus in Exotic-6-cordinator with a weak choir. That song has such an awesome standout chorus, and now it's nothing. The same thing happened with the pre-chorus riff in Forever Free.

Don?t let things get to you is my advice, but yeah he sounds like a real tool. Also, the fact that BSC is ?cheesy? is one of the best parts about the band lol. Cheesy is another word for awesome.
