This CD was something I picked up in certainty that I would like it, and I was right. I, however, was surprised to find the depth of the lyrics and music far outreached From Under The Cork Tree. The lyrics are excellently written, and the music is, too.

If you do get this CD, check out these songs first:
Dead on Arrival- This song has an interesting guitar part in the begining, and after the chorus.

Grand Theft Autumn(Where is Your Boy)- It starts out witha nice vocal section with no insrument to back it up. The last verse is very catchy, and nicely describes a couple days of sleeping in.

Homesick at Spacecamp-This is the only songthat starts out with a drum solo, which is nice. The chorus is very catchy, and the chanting part "These friends are, New friends are golden" is a good addition, as well as the accoustic strumming.

Chicago is so Two Years Ago- This song starts with a strong verse and guitar introduction. The chorus is very good, "There's a light on in Chicago, and I know I should be home". It starts strong and ends stronger, with "With every breath I wish your body will be broken again".

The Pros and Cons of Breathing- This song has some of the best lyrics on the CD. The chorus is very strong. The best line is "My pen is the barrel of the gun, Remind me which side you should be on" because of how true it is.

Calm Before The Storm-The begining verse are good and solid, but the end and middle are much better. The song brings to mind the color the sky really is befor a storm, that erie yellow.

Reinventing the Wheel to Run Myself Over- The strongest parts of the song are the begining lyrics and the chorus. Oddly enough, the chorus is a one-liner. but it's the catchiest one-liner I've ever heard.

On the whole, I would give this album a 4/5. It's much better than thier most recent album, and is worth every penny of the ten dollars I spent (plus tax).

That made me laugh. I think I'll actually give this a chance, right now I'm in a pop punk kind of mood. This Message Edited On 04.27.06

You should. It's much better than From Under The Cork Tree, way better. I would definitely reccomend buying it. Best songs are Grand Theft Autumn and Chicago is sO Two Years Ago.

Instead of buying it, I'm going to look to see if my sister left her copy at home because she's at college. And if I like it, then I'll put it on my iPod, I listened to their whole purevolume and it was enjoyable.

thank you.. im very honored.

I practically worship this album, now that I look back, it occurs to me that FUCT seemed a little forced in some spots...

I've tried to write reviews before, on this and others, but I've gotten them deleted, which sucks, but whatever.
