Review Summary: A masterful effort, courtesy of the two of the best masters of progressive music nowadays. An ethereal, fantasy journey for the listeners who will be swept along in this intriguing experience. An outstanding landmark. No suitable for all minds.

Ohh yes!, this is a new dimension of music, just you must close your eyes, laying over your bed, turn on the music and you will travel towards this wizards of music want you to go. fantasy, esoteric, masterful, ingenious are just some of the highlight adjectives which can describe this album.

Drag ropes: This journey starts with a cinematographic song according to my opinion. We have an advance of how the album is going to move throughout our brain. 4/5.

Storm corrosion: An absolutely masterpiece. The work on the guitars is flawless and the setting of the song outcome perfectly the definition of the name of the song. A perfect example even catchy of neo-prog song. Wilson has a perfectly modulated voice here. 5/5.

Hag: Including progressive elements, regarding to what this music masters know since a long time ago, adding an fantastic drum solo mystically effect-modified, courtesy of Gavin Harrison, the best drummer of this last years. 4.5/5.

Happy: The intro starts with a angelic from the beginning to the end acoustic guitar and the song change completely in it middle introducing one of the most beautiful vocal works never listened in this musicians, served with a Mikael´s electric guitar style, unique on him. 5/5

Lock Howls: The travel doesn´t ends here, we experiment an ambient sound journey around the album with this sound, it seems you are traveling and arriving to a intriguing place and then it starts again. Maybe the weakest song of the album. 4/5

Ljudet Innan: This is one of the most celestial songs I´ve ever heard before, now you are in heaven and the world is underneath of you. Absolutely everything draw together perfectly. Since vocals of both artists to the musical arrangements through the once again the guitars. This masters know how touch a nerve. This song is so emotional you don´t want the song ends. An enjoyable jewellery. 5/5

Final rating: 5

Because they deserve it and they did it because they wanted to do it and delivered their ideas with no strings attached. You can feel how they complement each other making this music. An overwhelming beauty unique album which everyone with open-minded prog mind must have in their discography. A landmark jewellery.

If you expressed your review in a paragraph format and not a track-by-track, you might have something here. Also, yeah, this kind of reads like a fanboy review in some places.

clean this review up, it's riddled with grammatical errors. it's like introducing your friends to "the love of your life" when it's really just a drunk girl you met at a bar while you were also intoxicated. sober up and tell me with a straight face you were in your right mind when you wrote this.

I have to say sorry for my grammatical errors. I swear I spent much time writing this review, but, buddies I am trying to improve my English.

About the overrated review I want to say no one can deny me that this two friends came together to express what they felt in that moment musically and the outcome was an unique sonority.

didn't know english wasn't your first language. it takes a lot of patience and guts to try to become proficient in a language that isn't your native tongue, so I apologize whole-heartedly for my previous comment. that being said, try and practice your writing a bit more before posting a finished review. also, let people look at it and give feedback before you post it, i bet it'd prove helpful. best of luck

Completely agree with your description of Ljudet Innan even if I could barely understand it
