Review Summary: Punk my ass. Green Day used to be my favorite band. But after American Idiot everything went down (oral sex joke). 21st Century was too pretentious. Uno next was just a piece of crap, the worst in the trilogy. It was too poppy and lacked the edge that made them so good before.
They used to sing about jerking off, and now they're making ballads (at least it says *** in it). "Oh Love" has to be one of the wimpiest tracks ever heard before. Even the title is gay! "Oh Love?" Should be singing "Oh Deep Throat Me Please". Would have been more fun. At least that's why Dos was better.
This album is also repetitive. Decent songs like Kill THE DJ or Rusty James are ruined by repetitiviness. Kill the DJ is even that bad. Lyrics are decent because they say f uck 18 times, and I like the dance theme, but Rusty James only says *** once. A real downer.
Only two good songs on this one. Better than 21CB though, which only had one. Amerikan Eulogy. Now, it's a slight improvement. Let Yourself Go is brash, edgy and in your face. I love the anger and rage in BJ's voice. Favorite line: "All this ***-***in with my head now." If they had used these great lyrics on more tracks, and made it more dirty, would have been beter? Maybe it would.
"Angel Blue" is also very punk ish. Has lots of nice lyrics that I relate too. I once cut my heart like a stick in the mud too.
"Loss of Control" is also not bad. Has good lyrics too, like "But you're a stupid mother ***er and you're doing your time 'cause" and "I'm taking down all my enemies 'cause they're all so ***ing useless
A bunch of *** talking drama queens and they're all filled with excuses".
"Troublemaker" has nice lyrics. I wanna get inside of you. But its garge rock sounds really bring it down. Uno! could have been better if they ditched the love songs and ballads, made more references to sex, and said *** more. But we're stuck with a pile of *** that has three good songs and the rest for pussies. Dos! was better, and was what I wanted to hear from punk-turned pussy homos.

There's something oddly funny about this review. Almost pos'd for the entertainment value. Then I
remembered music and not reviews is the entertainment.
As for genuine feedback, I feel you need to cut down on offhand comments such as the much maligned "
(oral sex joke)". What does that have to do with the music? Also, if you're going to swear (most
likely not a good idea in any case), you should have a well thought out purpose behind it. Also, while
a review is mostly no different from an elaborated and well explained opinion, this review fulfills
only the "opinion" part. Try and explain why the lyrics suck for example, as calling them "gay" is
hardly enlightening. Also the text would benefit from proofreading, as there are obvious
misspellings such as "beter".
