The band from Pennsylvania formed way back in 1994 and has one demo
"Sinch", two players "Strychnie" and "Diatribe" and one EP "Project: Bluebird", which most of you, won't know though.

It's hard to put the sound into a genre, because too many styles are meeting each other here, still the sound always remains very accessible and well listenable.

Guitar riffs mix well with acoustics, hardcore lyrics and emotional choruses and Metal and Rock attacks. Take the powerful opener "To Die In Fall", catchy jams like "433 (Hypothetical Situation)", the single "Something More" and "Seven" or the almost nine minute melody "The Silent Aquiescence Of Millions", the class of SINCH is evident throughout the whole album and further enhances the addiction with every repeated listen.

You can forget any competition with other bands, because this band manages to write damn good songs and can be viewed as a shining star on the Rock scene. An interesting aspect of the live performance of SINCH is the unique use of an Ocular Noise Machine. This "interactive video machine" is played live like a guitar and orientates itself on the rhythms and beats. So also live it should be an experience too, and I like to repeat myself here, unique band.

4/5

Are you content on making your reviews almost exactly the same length every time? "Hardcore lyrics"? "Emotional choruses"? I don't see how you describe the band, or the songs on the album, much at all.

Wow, congratulations on getting the album name wrong too. It's a self titled album.

Which songs have the hardcore lyrics in? I mean I'm listening too the album now but none of them have hardcore moments I mean sure the guy screams but that doesn't make it hardcore.

Anyway I really like this album but has a few too many weak songs so it gets about a 3/5.

I do not see the point in making long reviews. Just brief it. Do not give the whole album away.

Wow, you did get the album name wrong. I found this CD in my house for some reason, along with a Fugazi CD. So I'm importing it into iTunes at the moment. I plan to do a real review.

Very poorly written review, agree on all fronts with the above comments. I can't seem to find a way to edit the album title so it's correct...

This album has been on monthly rotation with me since it came out. One of like five albums ever that I don't get bored of.
