Poop.

big meh
Also who the hell are MNRK heavy records lol
|
| |
ah damn.
|
| |
Song really needed spencer to say fuck a few times, and aaron spitting a rap verse. Still probably the best song they ever made, hope ronnie radke is a feature on the new album
|
| |
song actually kicks ass and feels pretty old school
|
| |
God damn this band sucks
|
| |
what don't people like about this other than the production? I know it's cool to just hate Underoath now but I mean let's still be real here
|
| |
"Also who the hell are MNRK heavy records lol"
formerly eOne (and Koch Records before that). they're a big label
|
| |
Better than most of what they've put out post-hiatus but still a shell of what they were. Song writing is so bland
|
| |
shite
|
| |
might be the only band in existence that sounded better when they were christians
|
| |
They really need to stop making music. They ruined their legacy by reforming for money.
|
| |
no just no why does this band exist
|
| |
@someguest LOLLLLLLLLLLLL
|
| |
Let Go of this weak ass band. Listen to Static Dress instead.
|
| |

|
| |
wtf are the filth teeth doing on this shit
|
| |
Legitimately might be the worstly produced song I've ever heard, what a mess.
|
| |
I've just listened to Youth to Become by Stories which could be the best Underoath album if it was actually written by them lol.
These guys have been making music for ages, how on earth are you going to release a track that sounds like this? Absolute mess
|
| |
I liked this a lot on my first listen or two but the production makes it hard to enjoy as much as I want. I don't know why they keep making their shit so muddy. It was perfect from TOCS through Disambiguation.
|
| |
Not bad, still boring. Spencer’s screams sounding good, but I’m tired of him singing so much.
Also,
Filth teeth still looking good. I can recognize Colgate’s work anywhere
|
| |
Good song, but I was way higher on Yoyeurist than most already and this is more of that
I too never heard of that label before and whoever decided to name it mnrk and pronounce it monarch is hopefully not in charge of anything anymore
|
| |
The high pitched yelled vocals are like Aerosmith or something lmfao
"Song really needed spencer to say fuck a few times, and aaron spitting a rap verse. Still probably the best song they ever made, hope ronnie radke is a feature on the new album" I'm dead
|
| |
"but I’m tired of him singing so much."
I couldn't agree with you more. There are a few cases where his singing really shines (like "Paper Lung") but for the most part whoever told him he would make a good lead singer made a big mistake.
|
| |
This band doesn't exist after Disambiguation tbh. I don't even know what this thread is about, come to think of it.
|
| |
Idk what happened to them man, they used to be the perfect band.
Why can't they hire a real producer at least. Putney could have made this something jammable at least
|
| |
“but for the most part whoever told him he would make a good lead singer made a big mistake.”
Himself, probably
|
| |
I dig it
|
| |
>"As hard as it is to make those decisions sometimes, I feel like we can never grow without stepping out of those toxic environments.”
The band everytime they step into the studio for the last 15 years says otherwise lol.
|
| |
Lmao yeah that cliche line has been said about every hardcore song since the beginning of time
|
| |
Yeah Disambiguation was their last and I'd argue best album. I've never been a fan of what Aaron brought to the band outside his drumming abilities and I hated their last two albums. Just formulaic and awful sounding.
|
| |
Ya this song is a$$ cheeks. Bad production really sticks out. Feels like an audio swamp. Spencer's vocals did nothing for me. Also ya I had to check the label name like 3 times before submitting cause I kept thinking "Naw this can't be the actual name" LOL happy I'm not the only one who wasn't impressed
|
| |
I just noticed the Filth teeth myself. Like wtf. Don't tarnish Swans' iconography like this.
|
| |
there were some really good moments on the last record wish they made a whole album of the post disambiguation singles cos those two songs go
this track is just meh
|
| |
not Frou Frou
|
| |
lol its not bad but sounds like a voyeurist b side. Wish they'd get back with Adam D for another record.
|
| |
underoath let go years ago
|
| |
I really wish they had just stayed broken up after disambig. This continues to be embarassing.
|
| |
"not Frou Frou"
A Static Lullaby did the best Let Go in the scene. Underoath should take notes.
|
| |
The drop in their songwriting and quality since Disambiguation is absolutely astounding.
|
| |
This is all Taking Back Sundays fault for having Spencer be the substitute for Adam for a whole tour.
|
| |
Underoath are getting overshadowed by Periphery and Loath on their headlining tour
|
| |
Lmao honestly doesn't surprise me
I've been thinking all day that I'm probably gonna enjoy those two bands more when I see them. Which totally bums me out bc if I was seeing 2008 Underoath I wouldn't be able to sleep from the sheer excitement.
|
| |
"This is all Taking Back Sundays fault for having Spencer be the substitute for Adam for a whole
taking back sundays last couple of albums are their best ngl justice for my boys tidal wave/happiness is
|
| |
TBS ain't been shit since after New Again
|
| |
"A Static Lullaby did the best Let Go in the scene. Underoath should take notes."
That cover is amazing. I gotta go relisten to that one. Thanks for the reminder!
