I've listened to nothing this band has done before this. Certainly sounds a lot better than the previous single. Production is kinda ass though, guitar sounds muddy instead of heavy I have no idea what that low string is playing

It's because for some reason news titles don't like using quotation marks. It only happens when you're re-editing the article so you'll need to put the title in again so that it won't mess up.

their older stuff is definitely better. Slave to Nothing and Deathgrip are really great metalcore albums if you wanna give those a shot

God of Fire is bouncy, but the production really takes it down a notch.

Geez, some people are so critical over nit picky sh1t.
These tracks sound massive. Are you just obliviously ignoring the stellar musicianship here??
FFAK are one of the best metal core acts around these days so get outta here with that petty attitude.

And I'm pretty sure this will go on the AOTY list regardless of the judgmental bias against them.

I love FFAK, but there’s nothing really special about these tracks. Sure, they’re good fun, but it just sounds like every other metalcore act and slightly redundant... I’ll take their older stuff over it any day

I thought the Ryo feature was meh. Kirby sounded better.

Yeah, that's a bit of an overstatement. They should have thrown those gutturals into the studio version though.
