oh shit they not playin
| |
really liking this new song, sounds like some of their earlier work!
| |
I agree. It is very much in the spirit of Weak's End.
| |
Not bad
| |
That was awesome
| |
Wow, I loved Eve (and pretty much everything this band has ever done) but this was a welcome throwback for them -- it's like they went back in time and made a follow-up to The Question that was a fusion of their first two albums, instead of the inconsistent expansion of I'm Only a Man.
I got goosebumps. They've still got it.
| |
[2] song hits hard
| |
Tell All Your Emery
| |
A bit short, but it sounded great
| |
I'm going to buy the Emeryland pass and get the secret albums they've been putting out for the last year. Will let you guys know if it's worth it, although I'm undoubtedly sure it is.
| |
we do what we want and im only a man are their weakest but i enjoy everything they have ever done. they are incredibly consistent.
| |
No way, We Do What We Want was a banger of an album. They need to put out more heavier stuff again.
| |
supposedly the Emeryland pass includes this album in full, my friend said he got it today with it
| |
shiiiiit, then i'm on that
| |
For a sec I thought Emeryland was a real amusement park and was about to bring up social distancing
| |
this is fucking awesome
| |
not sure how I feel about the production, the drums are a little too unprocessed for my tastes
| |
I like the sidechaining going on with the kick though
| |
I dig it, nice little piano popping up in the mix. Catchy
| |
I get White Line Fever every time a new Emery song comes out. Get outta my way Sputnikers.
WTF, Emeryland! I'm applying for a job at this theme park.
| |
DAVEY
| |
I bought the cheap nosebleeds package for Emeryland ($3.50 a month) and can not access any of the features =(
| |
Just got the new album, listening now.
| |
haha, they should just go ahead and release the album already, full album is leaked
| |
A fantastic one day early birthday present for me!
| |
really dug this for the most part. that last crescendo was some really good classic emery
| |
Yeah I'm on track 7 and the album has basically been a commentary on their career.
| |
it's tea in a stormcup
| |
can't argue with that
| |
first question wtf is a stormcup?
| |
My storm in a teacup girl aka wife. I just call her Cup at this point. Look up the Red Hot Chili Peppers song Storm In A Teacup but it has existed before then.
| |
tbf I always thought DFelon's avatar would've been perfect for you
| |
always felt their vocal dynamics/interplay is among the best, good shit
| |
So far the best lyric from their new album is "the songs write me not the other way around"
| |
just updated the new ep on the band's page also. none of those songs are on the new album so it's worth checking out.
someone has to change the album covers for the christmas album and live in houston btw
| |
"So far the best lyric from their new album is "the songs write me not the other way around""
gonna say that's not exactly Listening to Freddie Mercury- or Dear Death Part 2- tier
| |
Whoa this is great. Back on the Emery train again.
| |
@project It's not the best lyric by far but it was the one that stood out to me at the time with the feelings that were delivered with the whole song.
| |
This slaps!
| |
this new album is like The Question accidentally took a horse tranquilizer.
