How are their album ratings so high?
| |
Because they're fairly well written hard rock albums? What did you want to hear here?
| |
Because they typically put out great albums
| |
And they've been pretty consistent throughout the years
| |
"why is this band i dont like, liked by others?"
| |
A little weird, but not bad. Still much prefer the previous two singles.
Album's shaping up to be good though.

These guys are pretty consistently pumping out the best material in modern radio rock. Its a shame FFDP, Shinedown and the lot climb the charts faster and play the bigger venues when their content is far from this level.

"why is this band i dont like, liked by others?" LOL

Doesn't sound like TLH at all. It's the wholly different direction to me. Idk if it'll eventually top Fortress or Blackbird but right now I'm digging all three singles.
| |
I agree that they’ve been one of the most consistent hard rock bands out there, and I’ll be looking forward to this one.
| |
They're suuuper solid.
But, they don't branch out enough for me to care anymore. Once you've heard several AB albums that all sound roughly the same you don't really care if they're putting out another one, lol
| |
Probably my least favourite song released so far but still don't mind it.
| |
It's pretty good, but it's not amazing
| |
I feel likes its an anomaly for a radio rock band like this to be this well-regarded on Sputnik. that's all
| |
Alter bridge's best years were blackbird and fortress. They probably won't ever top those days again. Most of these songs nowadays just sound like they were written to be radio singles
| |
Very upbeat and positively powerful. That guitar solo slaps hard.
| |
Hope there's more songs on this like Wouldn't You Rather
