Februus is still bae. Very exciting
| |
Not really digging the clean vocals on this track, hopefully they sound a little tighter and less flighty on the album. That's always been his style but it doesn't sound good here.
| |
might check this out, haven't heard anything since Februus but i've also grown away from this type of metal over the years
| |
I dig it
| |
kinda dig this surprisingly.
| |
Februus is awesome, agreed. MUCH better than anything by Periphery, Vildhjarta and the rest of the djent crew. Only One could probably compete with it, in my eyes. That said, this track is alright, certainly not mindblowing.
| |
member Februus guys?
That was a good one.
RIP.
| |
This is actually pretty good. Guess we shouldn't be so quick to count them out due to a sophomore slump, they could still make some awesome albums.
| |
that is true, but they spent an awfully long time on that second album
| |
this song is already better than the entirety of that album honestly
still not even close to februus but at least this is listenable
| |
@Pika - Have you heard Corelia?
| |
Yeah, their second effort didn't sit too well for me, but this is looking like a step up.
| |
the esl is strong with this mix
| |
I honestly think that La Partition had it worse with that.
| |
I loved Februus. Hated the one after that. Hopefully this one is better.
| |
I'm hype
| |
This is a big step up from La Partition, I'm excited
| |
The cover art will forever stare into my soul.
| |
Still can't entirely get behind the vocals, I know it's just his accent but man, it's just really hard for me to get into
| |
Good god this is terrible wtf happened. Harsh vocal bits sounded good at least
| |
i dont think it was terrible but i dont know if im hearing what others are hearing, i found this quite worse than what was on la partition imho
| |
This sounds like the vocalist did a solo project and played/programmed all the instruments
| |
Maybe I'm so optimistic because I couldn't stand the white-noise muddled blur of La Partition. This seemed to have a bit of personality. I could be wrong though and the new album could suck. Hope not.
| |
Boring band.
| |
Instruments sound like shit.
| |
I take back what I said earlier. I might have succumbed to that sort of syndrome where I'm accepting of anything being better than La Partition, but now it's starting to wane on me. Hopefully, that's not the case for the rest of the songs, but this one isn't doing it for me after two weeks of spins.
| |
Yeah I stopped just so I wouldn't tire myself of it. Let's see how it sits with the rest of the album.
| |
I'm like a week late to the party, but Uneven Structure has a new single out. Outlaw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2y-z5kAZxDY
| |
It's a gooder too, surprised it wasn't posted here last week. Shaping up to be a bit more solid & focused than La Partition.
| |
Third single "Creator" has been released from the folks: (Visualizer) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvNEK4GNxLo
| |
Everything released by this band is meh except the "8" EP imo
| |
I suppose thats a fair case. It is the shortest and most cohesive instrumentally, so I agree to an extent.
| |
Listening to the singles again elicits more of a negative feeling than before. Mainly, and especially with the mixing. Creator especially suffers from this I feel.
| |
Oddly enough as someone who was super disspointed by La Partition, I'm really liking these singles so far!
| |
I suppose I should await for things to fall into place once the record releases.
| |
11 more days! I'm reserving too much judgement too, but right off the bat I like the singles so far, so that's a good sign.
| |
Just a few more days. Interested seeing this come into fruition.
| |
the singles sound terrible lol
these guys completely fell off after februus, damn shame
