You know, I just tremble when I think what would have this been with also Julie's vocals. It's calling for them.

'Also unknown is whether they are collaborating with Julie Christmas for the new record.'

Is this actually unknown, wouldn't it be titled 'Cult of Luna and Julie Christmas'? She's also not on this track (which I guess is feasible as she could be on other tracks), it just doesn't appear likely at this point.

These guys are one of my favourite bands, I'll be checking this on release and not a moment sooner. Exercising great patience.

OK I caved, heard the new Opeth song and thought if I’m checking their single, why not follow with this? Usually wait till the full album.

Anyway, this rules, of course it does. 2nd half especially. Very hyped for the new album, not that I wasn’t already!

My most anticipated album of the year, so I feel ya. Can’t believe I caved in and checked this, but at least I’m not disappointed. The organs rule.

I jumped on this as soon as I heard about it because I thought it was a standalone EP - I'm still unclear on whether or not it is tbh

Yeah the mystery is kind of annoying, I assumed it wasn’t a stand-alone track... but maybe it is? I could definitely see this working in the context of an album, I want more damn it!

Actually I just checked and they did say it was the first song from their new album. Sooo yep kinda wish I hadn't listened to it and rated it lol, oh well

Rating is kind of pointless, done so anyway. It should probably get deleted in here. I’m pleased there’s more where this came from though.
