The production sounds good, but the song itself isn't amazing and 2020 wasn't great either. I've always dug this band's sound but I find that the songs themselves are hard to love except for a few.

I'm curious to hear what this will sound like. Any sound change?

I liked it. ACB is rarely a great singles band so I expect the full album will have a little more substance

Honestly what has my excitement dampened is that the album is only 33 minutes, have always vastly preferred their longer songs

Pretty cool song but the lyrics are not good

Good track. So far I’ve very much enjoyed the two singles. ACB are one of my favorite bands so I’m hyped for new material

Their drummer read my comment in a "mean tweets" type of video once.

Their drummer is an asshole that’s for sure, but the band makes good music. Maybe they’ll actually tour off this album before they break up again

Wow. Come Now Sleep and Hell or High Water are both undisputed classics in my mind but they can still fuck off hard til they get rid of TJ again

He's chilled out since then from what i've seen. The video is still up but the sound is gone because someone got mad that their name was mentioned.

I was pretty excited when I heard mine tbh, i'm not gonna talk shit and expect no repercussions.

2020 was absolutely horrible, this is much better but still not really anywhere near the quality of their other stuff

i actually like 2020, it jams. this one isn't my cuppa, at least for right now.

and yeah, aaron (the drummer) seems like a really unhappy dude who takes it out on fans via the internet. super mature lmao

interested in the new album though!

song is fine but pretty disappointing that they've all but abandoned the CNS and HoHW sound.

i thought that really but their sound above the rest.

yeah HOHW got me into them during my indie phase, and CNS was my second introduction.. fucking breathtaking, in a more majestic and post-rock way.

first record has its moments, both great (the widow, anything cody bonette sings) and not so great (really irritating screams)

Yeah, this is really not that great. The vocals sound horrible and it sounds like it's trying to be like six different songs. I'm still excited about the album cause I love the band but . . . Ouch.

The only good single they made during this run of "hey guise were not really coming back oh wait nvm we actually are" is Goldmine.

I want the Hardcore back but not this clean generic Swancore garbage.

Their last two full lengths are favorites of mine but I have little interest in any nostalgia hardcore from these guys.

If Aaron wasn't such a drama queen, it would be easier to get into these guys.

This song is pretty solid, IMO the best of the singles they've released since HOHW.

My hot take is that The screamer sounded great on their first album since it was more raw and fit with the dark post hardcore going on. This sounds like theyre trying to fit his new style into a hell or hgh water sound. its all just more generic and less emotional. Honestly i love all three of their old albums but this is just pretty meh.

Really big missed opportunity releasing a full length with tj and not drawing from silyayd in some way.

Yeah, it's too bad TJ is back. This would be one of my most anticipated albums if Cody was still lead singing.
