Fuck In Flames and their new music (But I'll be back next album to post on the site about it, trashing it, even though I know what to expect, I still get disappointed every time like a retard)

I like how the implication is that they've ever made an album one could consider a masterpiece.

Realistically this song is a hard 2 but if it was written by a band on rise records a decent number of Sputnik users would probably like it

The drumming is pretty tight throughout, and the riffs are enjoyable modern melodeath riffs. Nice to hear some leads on all the newer songs. The production is much better than the abomination that was Siren's Charms.

The pop choruses and lyrics shoot this thing in the foot.

honestly the production is pretty much the same as their last album. It's Howard Benson again.

Post is obviously tongue-in-cheek. That being said, this is miles better than This Is Our House, so at least there's that. Great use of 40000 as well, didn't realize beforehand.

I mean it’s not great but it’s far better than I expected it to be. Their first several albums will always be their best but at least this song isn’t complete garbage.

I mean the band used to be a lot more dynamic. but this is how the band is now to expect something else is strange. Anders has said he will never repeat himself.

Even though the last fifteen or so years it's been the same shit. There were songs in this style on Soundtrack to your Escape that somehow sound superior. I'm not sure why. That was a predictable album and unpopular to many older fans. But it had passion, I thought. I still like his voice and always will but yeah if they're going more accessible, they could and have done better.

this isn't horrible, but Soilwork do the same thing better without making it feel like metalcore aimed at the pop punk mallcore crowd.

Not as terrible as I thought it would be, considering the "material" they've been putting out for the last decade. Nothing new, very predictable and Anders' cleans are still the low point, but this one's actually ok. It does indeed sound like a forgotten Reroute B-side but with that awful new production they seem to like.
