They gotta really step up their game cause Outlive was awful, especially compared to Extremist

As with every Demon Hunter album, I'm expecting around half filler tracks and 2-3 great songs per album.

Dont listen to these fools start at summer of darkness and The Triptych is probably their best record so you would be skipping that if you listen to these dummy's.

Interesting, I wouldn't be mad if this ended up on my 2019 AOTY list.

I'd be pissed if a Demon Hunter double release turned out to be better than anything else that comes out next year. Be a pretty shitty year.

I used to jam the debut, heard one other album and couldn't dig it at all.

“Collapsing” was the first song I heard from them back when I was eight, kinda the first song that introduced me to “metal”. Haven’t really listened to them much, need to check out their older stuff
interested to see how these albums turn out

So that's why their last album sounded like a bunch of bsides, they were just boring filler that didn't make it onto the epic double album they're releasing. That is why Outlive was a waste of time, right?

First three records are all really solid with "The Triptych" being the best IMO everything after that with the exception of true defiance is pretty weak. Id say start at the beginning though mate.

I didn't care for extremist all that much . It was ok but not my favorite from them.

These new songs (Peace and On My Side) are a big eh. Not setting my hopes too high.

I like them, but I do agree that they're weak lead singles.

at least they're better produced and mixed better than Outlive

I would agree on the production, but I like both of them a lot. Peace has a HIM vibe to it and On My Side has a STGOH sound. I am excited
