Manic Street Preachers reissue

Welsh rock group Manic Street Preachers have announced that they will release a 20th anniversary edition of their 1998 album This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours, on 7 December. The NME reports the reissue as follows:

"Having been rumoured for some time, the band have now announced that a ’20 Year Collector’s Edition’ will be released on December 7 as Limited Edition Deluxe 3CD bookset and double LP. The band have confirmed the triple CD bookset includes the original album remastered, a disc of demos and live rehearsal recordings, and a disc of all remixes and b-sides from the album. The double LP includes the remastered album and a digital download code, as well as a limited edition poster."

Terrible album. They’d really lost it during this phase, even the cover looks embarrassingly boy-band-esque.

Also, woah @ Prologue to History being on the album tracklisting in place of Nobody Loved You
Was that the original plan for the album or something? Love the track, but that took me by surprise

i really love This is My Truth, all teh songs are really well written and fun to sing along to, although maybe I skip You Stole the Sun sometimes. I know they lost their rock urgency and all that but all these tunes have such character
